The beach and the wonderful staff are a big part of why we made Hacienda our second home. Get to know the team—they’ll help with loungers, umbrellas, tables, food, and drinks.
Ask about boogie boards, paddleboards, kayaks, and inflatables. For a beach chair and umbrella, dial 5112; for the pool, dial 5113.
A little local tip
If you’d rather relax without browsing the beach vendors, a friendly “no gracias” is all you need. Vanessa is one of our favorite beach massage providers. Our previous guest guide listed massages at $20–$30 depending on the season; confirm the current price with her. Tips are always appreciated.

Find the self-service coffee counter in the round room by the pool. Take the stairs from the lobby toward the restaurant; the coffee station is on your right at the bottom.

Walmart and Costco are about a 15-minute drive from Hacienda. OXXO convenience stores are also handy for everyday essentials.
Frescos is one of our favorite spots for wine, meat, seafood, and household goods, with coffee and gelato, too.

We recommend Bogar for transportation. Contact him on WhatsApp at +52 624 158 1502 and mention Regina and Israel referred you.
Ask for a price estimate before booking. If you’d like an airport pickup with a supermarket stop, arrange it in advance. You can also request cold beers and water for the ride. Please tip your driver separately.
